COVID-19 Policy

As you can imagine the party/rental industry was hit hard by the Covid-19 shut downs and gathering restrictions imposed by the Provincial Government. Such unpredictable shut downs have caused us to revise our cancellation policy. As of Jan 1 2021 any customers who have scheduled deliveries that need to be cancelled due to Covid-19 shutdowns or lowered outdoor gathering numbers will have the following options:

a) Reductions to rental item quantiity or tent size that would allow the customer to meet new outdoor gathering numbers can be made with no penalty or fees.

b) Select a new delivery date in the same calendar year (based on availability). All rates will be honoured and no additional fees will apply.

c) All deposits placed will be rolled over to a store credit that will be valid for 24 months from the date of cancellation. This store credit can be used on any rentals offered and is also transferable should the original customer is not able to use the credit.
